I grew up in Laguna Beach, California, and completed my undergraduate program at Point Loma Nazarene University, where I studied business and played on the volleyball team. Later, I followed my passion for helping others and earned my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University.
As a therapist, I specialize in working with couples, individuals and grief. I also own a merchandise brand called Therapy is Cool Club that is geared towards de stigmatizing what it means to be going to therapy.
One thing I believe wholeheartedly is that therapy is a place where everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and accepted—just as they are. I’ve been in the client’s seat many times myself, and I know how powerful that experience can be. My own time in therapy helps me connect with my clients from a place of understanding and empathy, without judgment.
When I am not in sessions you can catch me on the pickleball court, at the beach or headed to the airport to travel somewhere new.
