I grew up in Montana in a home where pain and suffering were constant companions and I quickly learned the weight of heartache as a child. I pursued Psychology to understand the mind and help others heal, earning both my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University.

For the past five years, I have worked with an anti-trafficking organization, dedicating myself to bringing hope, healing, and restoration to survivors. As a therapist, I specialize in working with couples, individuals, and trauma survivors. I believe deeply in the possibility of healing, no matter the depth of pain or trauma someone has experienced.

Having spent many hours working through my own healing process, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to take the first step. I also know that despite the fear and pain, there is immense beauty, growth, and healing waiting on the other side.
